What to expect

After you press send

It is filed as one record.Your name, your email, the phone number if you left one, and everything you typed are saved together, so nobody has to reconstruct the question from a subject line.
The form is replaced by a confirmation.It appears on this page the moment the message is saved, so you never have to wonder whether it went. If it fails, the error says so and what you typed stays in the box.
A person reads it and writes back.To the email address you gave. If you left a phone number and asked for a call, you get the call instead. Nothing here auto-answers you.

business day. That is the same window the software itself quotes you when you open a ticket from inside your portal, so the wait does not change depending on which door you came through.

Put these in the message

Which app you were in. The console you run the company from, your client’s portal, your crew’s portal, or the subcontractor portal.
What you were trying to do, and what the screen said instead of doing it.
The name of the job, the invoice number, or the document you were looking at.
Phone or laptop, and which browser.
For anything about billing, which plan you are on: Contractor or General Contractor.

Each one takes a sentence. Together they are the difference between a first reply that answers you and a first reply that asks you five questions.
