What it does

Warehouse & Fulfillment Management System

This runs the warehouse itself, the part most tools skip. Stock is scanned in on receiving, put away to a known location, then picked and packed against orders and shipped out, with a running count that stays accurate because the scanner keeps it honest. You always know what you have, exactly where it sits, and where every order is in the fulfillment flow.

How it works

The pipeline, stage by stage

ReceivedIncoming stock is scanned in and checked against the expected delivery.
Put awayEach item is directed to a bin location and the on-hand count updates.
PickedOrder lines are pulled from their locations along a guided route.
PackedPicked items are verified, boxed, and matched to the order.
ShippedThe packed order is scanned onto a shipment and stock is drawn down.
  1. Incoming stock is scanned on arrival and matched to what was expected, then directed to a put-away location.
  2. Every item lives at a known bin, so the system always knows what is on hand and where.
  3. When an order drops in, it becomes a pick list routed through the warehouse, then packed and scanned onto a shipment.
  4. Counts adjust automatically as stock moves, and low levels raise an alert before you run out.

How you use it

In your day to day

Why it pays off

What you get back

Counts you can trustBecause every move is scanned, the number on the screen matches the number on the shelf.
Find anything in secondsLocation-level tracking means no more hunting for stock that the spreadsheet swears is here somewhere.
Faster, cleaner shippingGuided pick and pack cuts walking and wrong-item errors, so orders go out right the first time.
Never caught emptyLow-stock alerts fire before you run out, so reorders happen on time instead of in a panic.

Make it yours

Customized to your business

We build around your layout, your bin naming, and the way your orders actually arrive, whether that is retail, wholesale, or manufacturing pulls. Add wave picking, kitting, returns handling, carrier label printing, or a direct feed from your sales channel so orders drop in on their own. Multi-location warehouses roll up into one stock view.
