How a build goes

Nothing is built and nothing is charged until the scope and the number are in writing and you have said yes to both.

    Tell us the job you are trying to get done, in the words you would use on the phone. If you already know which systems you want, add them from the catalog and they travel with your request.

    You get a written scope, a fixed quote, and honest next steps, including what the thing will cost to run each month. If the answer is that you do not need a custom build, that is the answer we send.

  3. We build it

    A form is hours of work. An integration between two tools you already pay for is about a day. A web app or a portal is weeks. Before final delivery you get a copy of the layout to review and change.

  4. You own it

    Simple builds arrive by email with an instructions document. Anything that needs a web app or a cloud server, our service team stands up for you at no cost. We hold no ownership, and we build in no access for ourselves unless you ask us to.

How much does it cost?
Software can be expensive, but it doesn't have to be. A form is hours of work, an integration is about a day, a full web app is weeks, and you get the real number in a written scope before anything is built. How do I get the software?
Some builds are simple enough to send over email with a quick instructions document. Others need web apps or cloud servers, and for those our dedicated service team sets your build up for you at no cost.
Can I change it?
Yes, and we expect you to. Before final delivery we give you a copy of the layout to review.
Do I own it?
Yes. We hold no ownership over your software. We stay hands-off unless you ask us to host it.
Does hosting cost anything?
The cost is low, typically free, or under $20/month, and it goes to the host, not to us.
Can Servora manage the software for me?
Only if you ask. We don't build in access for ourselves unless you request it, your privacy is our concern.
How long does it take?
It depends on the build. Forms can be done in hours, integrations can take up to a day, and larger, more advanced builds can take weeks.
Do you use AI?
We use AI for system checks, writing copies of pre-existing code, and syntax and error review. We don't believe AI should build or assemble the engine behind a service, but it can speed a build up by analyzing or assisting with the non-essential parts.
Do you keep a copy?
Yes. If you ever need a re-install, we'll help.
Do you resell my software?
No. We never resell your idea or your branding.
