Services · operator to operator

The software runs the jobs. We help you build the _business behind them._

Servora is a live product you can buy today. This page is the other half: four services people hire us for, plus two more they ask for by name that we do not sell separately. Prices are on this page. Every request goes to one person, not a black hole.

Prices on this page $199 for the 20-minute call No retainers, no packages One person reads every request

Business consulting

Stop being the most important person in your company.

A 20-minute call for $199. You explain where it hurts. We tell you what is really in your way and what to fix first, in writing, within five business days. No retainer.

You end withA written list of fixes, ranked by payoff, in an email you can forward to whoever does the work. Book the $199 call →
Government contracts

The government spends billions. The room is emptier than you think.

SAM registration, your UEI, NAICS and set-aside codes, a capability statement, and bid-portal setup. About a month to bid-ready, $5,500 flat. SAM.gov is free to do yourself and we say so before we quote you.

You end withA UEI, an active SAM registration, NAICS and set-aside codes, and a capability statement. See what $5,500 covers →
Custom software

Stop bending your business to fit someone else's software.

We watch how your people actually work, then build the tool around it. Start from one of the 94 systems in our catalog, or from nothing. Scoped once, quoted once, and you own it.

You end withSoftware you own, scoped and quoted once at a fixed price before a line of it is written. See how a build is scoped →
Marketing · through the consult

Every company has something worth choosing. Most cannot say it.

We find the one true reason a customer picks you, then put it in front of people ready to buy. Marketing runs through the consulting call now, so it starts on the same $199 call.

It starts onThe same booking form. The marketing toggle sits at the top of it, next to business. Book a marketing consult →
Vendor network · in the software

Run your subs like a pro, not a group chat.

Not a service you buy from us. It is the General Contractor plan at $99.99/mo: a login for every sub scoped to their own jobs, insurance and W-9 tracking, a bid board, and 1099 totals in January.

It is included inThe General Contractor plan. Nothing to buy from us, and no setup fee for switching it on. See the General Contractor plan →
Sell your business

Turn a boring service business into a retirement.

We buy service businesses ourselves, so you are often talking to the actual buyer and not a broker taking a cut to shop you around a room. Sell it, get it valued first, or steer a deal you are already in. Confidential from the first message.

You end withA number with the reasoning behind it, or a pass with the reason. No fee exists until terms are agreed in writing. Start a confidential conversation →

The bottleneck is almost never the software.

What it costs to start

Every price we charge, on one page.

Two of these are fixed numbers you can pay today. Two are scoped before anyone quotes you. And two of the six are not services at all, which we would rather tell you here than after you have written to us.

The software is priced separately from all of this. Compare the two plans on the Servora pricing page, or open the Servora product tour and walk the real interface on a fictional company. The tour holds no account and saves nothing. Every service also has a longer write-up.

How the consult goes

Four steps, and you know after the first one.

Twenty minutes, one price, no discovery-call theatre. This is the whole sequence, including the part where we tell you we cannot help.

  1. You book the call

Business or marketing, your choice at the top of the form. Your details, then a time, then the $199. A private video room is created on the spot and the link is on screen straight away, so save it: it is not emailed to you. Nothing to install, and nobody calls you to qualify you first.

    $199charged when you book, once

  2. You tell us where it hurts

Your frustrations, your ideas, your goals. Know your numbers roughly and be honest about where your days actually go. The call works on truth, not paperwork, so there is nothing to prepare.

20 minon video, nothing to install

  3. We hand you the list

Your fixes, ranked by payoff, in writing, within five business days. A short list you can act on Monday, not a binder. Most first fixes are pricing, process, or delegation, and if software is not your bottleneck we say that too.

5 daysyour ranked list, in writing

  4. You decide what happens next

If you want those fixes built with you, that work is scoped on its own and none of it is part of the $199. If we cannot help you, we say so on the call and point you at what you actually need.

$0owed after the call, either way

Before you spend a dollar

Three things we say out loud, on the page, above the price.

SAM.gov is free if you do it yourself

Federal registration costs nothing to file. That sentence is on the government contracts page above the $5,500, not in fine print underneath it. You are paying for the setup and the skills, not for access to something public.

The $199 call is not a retainer

One call, no packages, no renewal. If software is not your bottleneck we tell you on the call. If we cannot help you at all, we say that too, because wasting your $199 would cost us more than it earns.

The vendor network is not a service

It is part of the General Contractor plan at $99.99/mo and it unlocks the moment you are on that plan. Nobody has to build your bench for you, and nobody should charge you a setup fee for a switch.

The other half

The part you can buy without talking to anybody.

Servora runs the work itself. Every job is a folder, and the folder is the whole job: what the crew has to do, what it cost, what the client signed, what they paid, and every message about it.

Estimates and contracts get signed on the client's phone, with name, time and IP stamped into the file, and the file locks the moment they sign. Card payments go straight into your own Stripe account, and so does ACH once you switch it on. We never hold your money.

Ten sections sit inside every job folder: tasks, costs and profit, activity, documents, photos, invoices, messages, people, materials and checklists. This is an illustration of the console, and the job names are examples rather than customers.

Not sure which one you need?

Twenty minutes with an operator will tell you the two or three things to fix first, and whether any of this is even your problem.

Or compare the two plans on the Servora pricing page, open the Servora product tour, or read why we build it this way.
